Habits helps you build new daily habits or break bad ones by taking you on a 60-day journey. Every day that you complete your habit, you check off the day, and take another step along this journey. Once you’ve reached 60 days, you become a Master of your habit. At which point you can continue or take on a new habit.
Swipe up or down on the lower control to navigate between the main views: Checkbox, Challenge, and Calendar.
This view is where you check off completed habits for any of the last 7 days.
To log an activity, simply press and hold on the checkbox view until the checkbox animation completes.
If you forgot to log an activity that took place more than seven days ago, you can go to Settings → History and enter activities that took place up to one year ago.
If you accidentally logged an activity on the wrong day, you can tap on the checkbox to remove the entry.
Shows your progress along the challenge.
